Any item that you are not satisfied with, can be returned within 30 (thirty) days of receipt in salable condition.  When it comes to magic, you are purchasing the secret when you purchase the item.  If the items has been opened and handled, it is no longer salable.  If you receive the item and can tell right away that it is not for you, you can contact us in regards to returning the item.  You will be issued an exchange or store credit for merchandise only. DVDs, CDs, and other media items may only be returned if unopened.

Please insure all return packages to ensure we receive them. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

To receive a refund or exchange, you must contact us via email, fax, or telephone to let us know what the problem is prior to returning the item.

Any return that does not comply with our policy is subject to a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion.  Items that we fill are not returned in salable condition will not be accepted. 

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.

No returns will be excepted after 30 days of receipt. 

*Please note: Special Orders (including a large quantity of one item) and Drop Shipped Items can only be returned if there is a defect or if it is the incorrect items.  Otherwise, the sale is final.
