I have a Promotional Code, how do I use it?

 

                At checkout, you will find a box for entering your Promotional Code, this is located above where you enter your credit card information.  If you wish to verify that you are receiving the correct price, you may either go back to view your shopping cart or proceed on to the next page of checkout where you will find a detailed list with your price adjustment reflected.

 

I am uncomfortable with ordering online. Can I place my order by phone, fax, or mail?

 

                Yes.  Orders can be mailed to us at PO Box 227, Sterling, Colorado 80751.  We accept phone and fax orders at 970-522-0605.  Please understand that it can take awhile for us to receive your order through the mail.  Orders placed via phone and fax will be processed once we receive them.  Web orders are processed before any phone, fax, or mail orders.

 

 

Can I download a mail order form?

What payment options are available?

 

                We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept money orders and personal checks.  We reserve the right to delay the shipment of an order until a personal check has cleared the bank.  A $15.00 charge will be added to all checks returned for insufficient funds or because of refusal of payment.

 

 

Can I be billed? Do you do C.O.D.?

 

                No.  We offer many payment options but we do not offer a payment on delivery option.  Payment is required prior to the shipment of an order.

 

 

Do you charge sales tax?

 

                Colorado residents are charged a 2.9% sales tax.

 

 

Upon what currency are your prices based?

 

                All of our prices are in U.S. dollars.

 

 

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

 

                Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready for shipment.

 

 

How do you calculate shipping charges for orders?

 

                We have set rates for standard shipping.  They are as follows:

                         $0.00 - $20.00                                              $5.00

                         $20.01 - $50.00                                            $7.50

                         $50.01 - $100.00                                          $10.00

                         $100.01 +                                                          Free

 

               

I just placed an order with you. When will it ship out?

 

                Most orders are shipped out the following business day.  However, it can take up to three business days to ship out an order.  Weekends and legal holidays are not business days.

                If you need an order to be sent in a faster manner, please notify us and we will let you know what additional shipping charges there will be.  We will do our best to take care of whatever needs you may have and try to accommodate you with the shipping service that you require.

 

 

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

 

                All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  We expect most orders to arrive within 7 – 10 business days. 

 

 

Is it possible to send someone a gift directly from LockFamilyMagic.com?

 

                Yes.  You can request that your order be sent to a separate address, just let us know if you would like the receipt sent separately to you.  You can also request that an order be drop shipped to a separate location.  All items from an order must be sent to the same location or additional shipping charges may apply.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

                Yes.  All international orders will be charged shipping based on the weight and destination of the order.  We may contact you regarding your order to ensure that the order is sent in a way that is best for you.

 

 

Is there a minimum order?

 

                No.  There is no minimum order. 

 

 

Will I receive a receipt with my order?

 

                Yes.  A receipt and packing list is included with each order.  If an order is sent as a gift or drop-shipped, a packing list is enclosed and a receipt will be sent separately.

 

 

Does Lockfamilymagic permit me to place items on hold?

 

                No.  We do not backorder items, therefore we cannot “hold” items on promise of payment.

 

 

Can you special-order something for me?

 

                If there is an item that you are looking for, let us know and we will see if we can help you find it.

 

 

What if I have an out-of-stock item in my order?

 

                We do not back order items.  If an item is out-of-stock, you can request that we notify you when the item is back in stock.  However, if you attempt to order an item and it is out-of-stock, you will not be charged for the item and it will not be placed in your cart.  If we discover that an item is out-of-stock but you were charged for it, we will notify you immediately and your account will be credited.

 

  

How can I cancel all or part of an order?

 

                To cancel all or part of an order, you can contact us prior to shipping.  If the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel any part of your order.

 

 

What else do I need to know- what about sizes and colors?

 

             We strive to offer you the highest quality products that we can.  In regards to the colors of our items: please remember that all monitors show colors differently.  Therefore, we do not guarantee that the color you see on the screen will perfectly match the color of the product you receive.  Also, sizes are approximate.  Silks are measured from end to end prior to being hemmed- silks are not measured on the diagonal.  We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible, but slight size differences may occur  between products.
